What’s the difference between the MG6 and MG7?
The only differences are explained below:

What type of material can I lay with the Pavijets?
We can lay any material: Asphalt hot and cold, concrete (liquid enough), sand, gravel, stones (on the MG7 the stones not bigger than 4cm diameter)
What kind of paving I can make?
We can pave anything , like pavements, sidewalks, cycle tracks, pedestrian paths, garden paths, park paths, golf paths, trenches, street holes, small road repairs, sideways
Can I use the same machine for filling a trench for example with gravel and then finish it off with asphalt?
On the MG7 can I bypass obstacles on my way, like trees and signs?
Yes, by retracting the screed and put it back down after the obstacle
Can I attach the Pavijets to any loader or tractor?
We can do all the skid loaders with no problem if have more than 20 Hp (15 Kw). The only parameters are the oil flow (40/60 l/min) the pressure (180 bar) and the width of the loader/tractor. Oil flow we can correct it but if the pressure and width of the loader are too big we should make modifications. In any case refer to us for each case.
Is the attachment standard? And how is it?
It is standard for all the skid loaders, for other loaders we must make the modifications.
The attachment is mechanical.
Can you customize the attachments for different machines?
It depends case by case assuming that the above parameters fit
Can we attach Pavijet to agricultural tractors, as many Indians are asking?
It depends as above, if the parameters are ok we can fix the MG6 in the back of the tractor and the MG7 in the front
Is there a vibration on the screed ?
It is not standard but optional, we feel we don’t need it but some customers like it and we give it (in both models).
How do we heat up the screed to lay hot asphalt?
The machines carry a 5 litres gas tank to feed the burners.
Why Pavijet carries a battery inside?
To have autonomy of few hours working, but we have the chance to connect to the loader’s electric system
Where do we get the oil from?
From the loader’s hydraulic system through the quick couplers
What is the speed of the auger?
It depends on the rpm (round per minute) of the loader’s motor
How do we fill the hoppers?
On the MG7 from the front directly from the truck or with any loader.
On the MG6 we should load from the side
Is the 3rd frontal hopper of the MG6 hydraulic? And what is it for?
The 3rd frontal hopper comes standard and can be fixed, or hydraulic on demand. It is necessary to fill the hopper from the side ( as we can’t fill from the front otherwise we ruin the paving just done)
Can we regulate the inclination of the paving?
The Pavijets are to be considered attachments or mini pavers?
They are both attachments and mini pavers, but we should consider it a paver as a matter of fact, and indeed more than a paver because we can do more and better than a classic mini paver
What is the difference between a classic mini paver and Pavijet?
For example Vogele Super 600, Salsco, Dynapac, Leeboy, Blaw knox , Bitelli BB632, Amman APW 150 G, Dynapac are all mini pavers which carry it’s own motor, and this lead to more cost.
1. Pavijet costs 2 to 4 times less than a mini paver.
2. Pavijet has much more stability because it is pushed downward by the loader, mini pavers slide and jump instead.
3. Pavijet requires almost 0 (zero) maintenance as we have only carpentry, simple hydraulic system, and simple electric system, and we don’t have a motor (that normally causes a lot of problems).
4. Pavijet is very light and easy to transport
5. Pavijet has the best range of paving width (0.2m till 2.3m) where classic mini paver have the min width of 0.6-0.8m
6. Pavijet can be filled up directly from the road (MG7) . Mini pavers must go down from the pavement, filled and jump back on the pavement or path thus loosing time.
7. We can use Pavijet for house construction like laying sand and concrete in yards, as well as self locking brick’s sand layers .
